Lamont Magee is a supervising producer on the CW’s “All American: Homecoming.” Prior to this, Magee served as consulting producer on HBO Max’s “Green Lantern” as well as writer/producer on the CW’s “Black Lightning” for the duration of the show’s four-season run. In the animation space, Magee co-developed LucasFilm Animation’s “Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures” where he also serves as consulting producer. In addition to his work with LucasFilm, Magee has written for DreamWorks, Marvel, and Disney Animation.
To date, Magee has penned several theatrical projects that are in varying stages of development including “Buffalo Flats,” a film directed by Emma Westenberg, co-written by Magee, and produced by MGM. Magee is also an executive producer on the ARRAY/Netflix release “Definition Please” starring Sujata Day and Ritesh Rajan and executive produced by Datari Turner, Mindy Kaling, and Ava DuVernay.
