Leila Leiz works as a professional comic book artist, and recently signed a two-year exclusive deal with GHOST MACHINE PRODUCTIONS, where she provided art for the the one-shot IT HAPPENED ON HYDE STREET: DEVOUR, written by Maytal Zchut. Leiz is currently attached to the HYDE STREET spinoff series, SISTERHOOD: A HYDE STREET STORY, also written by Zchut, which hits comic book stores on July 2.

Leiz was born and raised in France, but now resides in Italy full time. She’s a self-taught artist who found work at European publishers Soleil and Sergio Bonelli before making the jump to American comics. Her credits include projects with DC, Dark Horse, Skybound, and Marvel; Alters with Paul Jenkins, and Horde with Marguerite Bennett for AfterShock; M.O.M. with Emila Clark (“Game of Thrones”) and Bennett for Image Comics; and the Vault Comic series, The Last Book You’ll Ever Read, with Cullen Bunn.

When she’s not working or reading comics, Leila enjoys her much-deserved sleep!
